Joining is from the hills of Adelaide is award winning Adelaide Hills Gin brand ambassador Lee Potter Cavenaugh to team up with our Executive Chef Jeremy Fahy and resident mixologist Ryan Duck. Together we will create a collaborative decadent menu to perfectly pair with the native botanical s used in Adelaide Hills gin and unique flavours blended in our exclusively made cocktails.
