Another great local Distillery -  Distillery Botanica award winning Gin are teaming up with our Executive Chef Jeremy Fahy and resident mixologist Ryan Duck. Together we will create a collaborative decadent menu to perfectly pair with the native botanical s used in Distillery Botanica's unique flavours blended in our exclusively made cocktails.
