Function Spaces in Newcastle

The Mezzanine – Private Function Space

The Mezzanine is a large yet private function space overlooking the main bar. Featuring its own private bar and elevated views across the venue, it is perfect for larger events and exclusive celebrations.

Capacity: Up to 150 guests (cocktail style)

Availability:

  • Monday–Tuesday: By negotiation

  • Wednesday–Saturday: 12:30pm – Midnight

  • Sunday: 12:30pm – 10pm

Features:

  • Private bar available

  • Dedicated bar staff on Friday & Saturday (minimum 50 guests or $200 fee applies)

  • Ideal for corporate functions, parties and group events

Additional Information:

  • Food minimums apply (from $300–$500 depending on group size)

  • Pre-authorised payment 

  • Under 18s permitted with supervision

  • Please note: mezzanine level does not have disabled access due to heritage restrictions

Ground Floor – Large Event Space

The ground floor offers a grand and flexible layout, suitable for both large-scale events and more intimate gatherings. With multiple configuration options and booth seating, this space can be tailored to suit your event style.

Availability:

  • Monday–Tuesday: Private functions available

  • Wednesday–Saturday: 12:30pm – Midnight

Deposit & Booking

Room hire is free, with pre-authorised payment required.
Cancellations within 3 weeks may forfeit deposit.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to venue property.

Entry Conditions

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated or inappropriate guests. No external beverages permitted.
