This Saturday 8th August, explore a curated collection of the finest whisky and craft spirits from Australia and beyond. Since its debut in 2019, this sell-out event has grown into a spirited celebration, welcoming guests at Bartholomew's to sample 100+ premium products from 20+ stall holders.
Whether you're a connoisseur or a curious newcomer, this is your chance to sip, savour, and uncover the best in whisky, gin, rum, vodka, tequila and liqueurs—all under one roof!

2026 STALLHOLDERS
For over 200 years, Buffalo Trace Distillery has been defined by a dedication to one craft: making fine bourbon whiskey.
Their diverse, award-winning collection ranges from iconic bourbons to exceptional ryes and other finely crafted spirits, blending deep tradition with bold experimentation that constantly pushes the limits of what bourbon and beyond can be.

Their Dark Spirits Program is Earp Distilling Co.'s long-term commitment. It represents their belief that great aged spirits take time, patience and a dedication to craft. Award Winning Australian Spirits
In tropical north Queensland lush green land meets the crystal blue Coral Sea and nature’s beauty and abundance stretches as far as the eye can see. It is a true paradise and in paradise, anything feels possible. This is the inspiration for Burdekin Distillery.
THE GOSPEL 📍 Melbourne, VIC The Gospel Whiskey is distinctly Australian. The ingredients are grown in the acidic, sandy soil of a single farm in the Mallee region, Australia. The earth and climate it grows in helps to cultivate the complexity and depth of flavour in their whiskey. 100% local ingredients, grown in one of the world’s most stubborn environments.
JURA 📍 Jura, SCOTLAND This Scottish island community has been making whisky at their beachside distillery since 1810. A lot has changed over the years, but their dedication to creating delicious whiskies that are perfect for bringing people together has never wavered.
TAMNAVULIN 📍 Speyside, SCOTLAND You can find Tamnavulin in the heart of the world’s most famous whisky-making region – Speyside. Their purpose-built distillery is looked after by a passionate and dedicated team of expert whisky makers, balancing tradition and modernity to create a signature Speyside single malt whisky.
THREE CUTS GIN 📍 Rosevears, TASMANIA Distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water, and our signature ‘Three Cuts of Rose’ including fresh Tasmanian Rose. Three Cut's gin range is also distilled with a unique blend of 12 locally grown and internationally sourced botanicals.
KARU DISTILLERY 📍 Grose Vale, NSW In 2015, founders Nick and Ally asked themselves a question many of us ponder: “If you could do anything for a living, what would it be?” Over a whisky, Ally voiced the thought that would change their lives: “Someone out there makes what we’re drinking for a living.” That spark set them on a journey across Australia and around the world, learning the art and science of distilling while laying the groundwork for what would become Karu Distillery.
MORRIS WHISKY 📍 Browns Plains, VIC Established in 1859, the Morris family winery is one of the most acclaimed fortified producers in the world. Craftsmanship in blending, aging and creating world-class fortified wine has been passed down through six generations of the family, allowing Morris to truly master the creation of extraordinary flavour in winemaking and Australian single malt whisky.
JANCE DISTILLERY 📍 Rouse Hill, NSW Jance begins with James and Lance, two brothers who share a passion and deep-rooted love for the art of distilling and whisky. Fuelled by a desire to craft something they can call theirs, they embarked on a journey of creating a signature spirit.
AMBER LANE 📍 Yarramalong Valley, NSW Amber Lane strives to produce refined, beautiful and delicious whisky in a traditional style, bringing satisfaction and joy to all those who partake. They focus on bringing together the natural sweetness of the barley in the new make, with high-quality aged casks from Spain and Kentucky that bring depth and richness to every dram.
JERVIS BAY DISTILLING CO. 📍 Jervis Bay, NSW Distillery founder, Rob, grew up with the white sands of Jervis Bay between his toes. Rob and his father travelledaround Australia learning the art of distilling, travelling further afar to Japan and Europe to hone their skills. Rob’s dream was to create a collection of spirits that tasted like a South Coast Summer – of sun, surf and good times with friends and family. Launched in 2021, Jervis Bay Distilling Co. craft Gin, Vodka, Rum, and Aperitifs, each designed to capture the essence of the coast with specially sourced local botanicals.
BUSH BLOOM DISTILLERY 📍 Hannam Vale, NSW Founded by Carla and Pete, their journey began with a shared love for flavour and different cuisines. This led to a desire to create something truly special with their bespoke gins. Inspired by the lush surroundings of their bush property, they handcraft gin using a combination of locally grown botanicals and organic juniper berries sourced from Europe, carefully selected for their flavour and quality. From the vibrant juniper berries to the delicate citrus notes of bush lemons from their farm, each ingredient tells a story of commitment to producing an authentic and unique Gin collection.
BUNKER DISTILLERY 📍 Spring Grove, NSW Bunker Distillery is an independent Australian craft distillery born from a spirit of adventure and the belief that great experiences deserve great rewards. The family owned distillery has two locations. A primary production site located at Spring Grove, and cellar door located at Grafton, both within the Northern Rivers NSW.
